Our Newsletter

If you sign up to our newsletter, we collect and store your e-mail address as provided by you, for the sole purpose of distributing our newsletter. This data is shared with and stored by MailChimp who manage and operate our newsletter on our behalf, and only Clear Star Group employees who are explicitly authorised have access to these e-mail address for the purposes of managing the distribution list. You may remove your consent for us to store your e-mail and send your our newsletter at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of each newsletter or by contacting us at info@clearstargroup.co.uk. We will then delete your e-mail address for our systems.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically by our web servers when you visit our website. This may include information such as your device’s IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, how you reached our website, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. This data is collected and stored by SiteGround who operate our website on our behalf and provide us with access logs and aggregated traffic statistics for visitors to the website, and only Clear Star Group employees who who are explicitly authorised have access to this data. We use this data solely for the operation and monitoring of the website. Access logs that contain un-aggregated usage data are deleted after 30 days.
